The Confederate first naval jack, used from 1861 to 1863, consisted of a blue field with a circle of white stars, mirroring the canton of the First National ("Stars and Bars") flag. It was flown from the bow of Confederate warships when they were in port. Beginning at seven, the number of stars in the circle increased as more States joined the Confederacy. This flag is made of quality 100-D printed 3'x5' polyester, and includes brass grommets and extra stitching on the fly-end for added durability.
